How to automate common text messages to clients.
NOTE: Only Firm Administrators or users with the User Can Send SMS Messages permission can text clients.
Navigate to a case.
Click the mobile phone icon.
If the icon is not present, opt the client in for texting first.
A pop-up window will appear.
Click Select Template.
Select the desired template from the dropdown and it will auto-populate in the text box.
Review and click Send.
