How to re-assign all of one user's calendar events to another. This can be helpful if you have a new staff member taking over another staff member's caseload.
Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
Click the Action Menu and select Reassign Events.
A pop-up window will appear.
Select the original worker from the drop-down on the left-hand side.
Select the new worker from the drop-down on the right-hand side.
Click Reassign.
