How to re-assign all of one user's calendar events to another. This can be helpful if you have a new staff member taking over another staff member's caseload.
- Navigate to the  Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users. Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
- Click the Action Menu and select Reassign Events. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- Select the original worker from the drop-down on the left-hand side. 
- Select the new worker from the drop-down on the right-hand side. 
- Click Reassign.
