How to delete all of a user's messages.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator and this cannot undo this action.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
Find the user you are deleting messages for.
Click on the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of that user's row.
Select Delete Messages.
A pop-up window will appear that says Delete All Messages.
Click Continue.
