This can be helpful for someone who has too many CASEplan tasks or needs to start fresh with their task list.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator and this cannot undo this action.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
Below, you will see a list of your firm's users.
Find the user you are deleting tasks for.
Click on the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of that user's row.
Select Delete Tasks.
A pop-up window will appear that says Delete All Tasks.
It will ask you if you are sure that you want to delete all tasks.
Click continue on the bottom right-hand side of the pop-up window.
The user's tasks will be permanently deleted.
