Useful tips for resolving basic Dropbox issues.
Dropbox Version
All versions of Dropbox Business is not supported.
Connecting to a Root Folder
When activating the Dropbox integration, your firm will have to select or create a folder to connect to within the Dropbox Home folder. We recommend that law firms create a CASEpeer folder within their Dropbox Home folder.
Naming Conventions
Dropbox does not allow special characters in their folder names. Avoid using /, @, $, %, #, etc.
Dropbox does not support documents with multiple periods in the name. Avoid using the symbol when naming your documents and PDFs.
Dropbox does not properly support folders or documents with spaces at the end of the names. Avoid entering spaces at the end of a folder or file name.
