EvenUp

What is EvenUp

EvenUp helps personal injury firms bypass the manual grind by automating demand generation, medical chronologies, and case preparation using AI. It converts raw case data into clear, evidence-backed demand packages, saving teams hours and enhancing settlement outcomes.

With the CasePeer integration, firms can transmit case details, plaintiff information, and key documents directly from CasePeer to EvenUp. No more double entry—just faster, smoother preparation.

This integration links two trusted tools, enabling personal injury firms to build stronger cases more quickly and with less effort.

✅ Save time on case prep. Automate demand generation, medical chronologies, and case prep with AI—cutting hours of manual work and reducing repetitive data entry. Faster prep means faster results.

✅ Work smarter with connected tools. This integration eliminates double entry, reduces errors, and streamlines your workflow—helping your team operate more efficiently without adding overhead.

✅ Build Stronger Cases, Faster. EvenUp transforms raw case data into clear, evidence-backed demand packages that help you present stronger claims and secure better settlement outcomes.

EvenUp is an AI demand drafting tool (AI demand letters, medical chronologies, etc.) that integrates with CasePeer. It accesses documents via the CasePeer Partner API — specifically pulling from the Documents tab in CasePeer.

Important limitation: EvenUp only sees documents stored natively in CasePeer. If a firm uses Dropbox or OneDrive as their default document storage, those files are not accessible to EvenUp.

Documents created/generated within EvenUp do not automatically save back to Dropbox.
