How to create a new Dropbox folder for a case.
Navigate to the Documents Tab of the case.
A red banner will display at the top of the page, “The Dropbox directory for (Client Name) cannot be located.”
Click Connect on the right side of the red banner.
By default, CASEpeer will create a new folder using the default folder naming convention: “/Last Name, First Name – MM-DD-YYYY.”
To create a new folder in Dropbox with a custom name, click New Folder Name and type the custom name in the field.
Click Save.
The folder has now been created in Dropbox and linked to the case in CASEpeer.
