Upload Documents with the Dropbox Integration

How to upload documents to a case's Dropbox folder.

  • Navigate to the Documents Tab of the case.

  • If your CASEpeer account is connected to Dropbox and the case is already connected to a folder, the Documents Tab will open on the Dropbox section.

  • To connect a case to an existing Dropbox folder follow the instructions here.

  • Click on the folder or subfolder within the Client's Dropbox folder you would like to upload the file(s) to.

  • Click Upload.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Choose the files (up to 20 at a time) to upload.

  • Click Upload.

  • The documents will now appear in the appropriate Dropbox folder.
