How to upload documents to a case's Dropbox folder.
Navigate to the Documents Tab of the case.
If your CASEpeer account is connected to Dropbox and the case is already connected to a folder, the Documents Tab will open on the Dropbox section.
To connect a case to an existing Dropbox folder follow the instructions here.
Click on the folder or subfolder within the Client's Dropbox folder you would like to upload the file(s) to.
Click Upload.
A pop-up window will appear.
Choose the files (up to 20 at a time) to upload.
Click Upload.
The documents will now appear in the appropriate Dropbox folder.
