Photos can be reviewed in the Mail Review Center, however, they will be saved to the Documents Tab of a case. If the photo file type is jpeg the photo can be viewed in the Documents Tab.
Navigate to the Documents Tab.
Select the drop-down arrow to the jpeg photo and select View.
If the photo file type is PNG the photo will not be able to be viewed in the Documents Tab, an error will occur.
NOTE: It is recommended to have photos uploaded directly into the Photos Tab of a case.
