How to download a photo. Need to download multiple photos at once, here's how.
Navigate to the Photos Tab of a case.
Hover your cursor over the photo you want to download.
An arrow will appear in the corner of that photo.
Click the arrow and select Download.
The photo will download to your computer's download folder.
Photos can also be dragged and dropped to your desktop - though they will not maintain the original image quality.
