How to review photos, messages and documents uploaded to the Client Portal by the client.
Review Photos
- When a client uploads a photo in the Client Portal a message will be sent to the all assigned workers. 
- The photo will automatically save to the Photos Tab. 
- An auto note will be created in the Notes Tab. 
Review Documents
- When a client uploads a document to their portal a message will get sent to the Assigned Worker's Inbox requesting to review the document in the Mail Review Center. 
- Navigate to the Mail Review Center to review the document. 
- Select the dropdown arrow aligned with the document and click Review. 
- Select Save. 
- The document will now appear in the Documents Tab and an auto note will be created. 
Review Messages
- When a client sends a message through their portal a message will get sent to the Assigned Worker's inbox where the users can reply. 
- An auto note of the message will be created in the case. 
NOTE: Reploes to the client's messages can only be directed internally.
