How to review photos, messages and documents uploaded to the Client Portal by the client.
Review Photos
When a client uploads a photo in the Client Portal a message will be sent to the all assigned workers.
The photo will automatically save to the Photos Tab.
An auto note will be created in the Notes Tab.
Review Documents
When a client uploads a document to their portal a message will get sent to the Assigned Worker's Inbox requesting to review the document in the Mail Review Center.
Navigate to the Mail Review Center to review the document.
Select the dropdown arrow aligned with the document and click Review.
Select Save.
The document will now appear in the Documents Tab and an auto note will be created.
Review Messages
When a client sends a message through their portal a message will get sent to the Assigned Worker's inbox where the users can reply.
An auto note of the message will be created in the case.
NOTE: Reploes to the client's messages can only be directed internally.
