Where Do Client Portal Messages, Photos, and Documents Appear?

How to review photos, messages and documents uploaded to the Client Portal by the client.

Review Photos

  • When a client uploads a photo in the Client Portal a message will be sent to the all assigned workers.

  • The photo will automatically save to the Photos Tab.

  • An auto note will be created in the Notes Tab.

Review Documents

  • When a client uploads a document to their portal a message will get sent to the Assigned Worker's Inbox requesting to review the document in the Mail Review Center.

  • Navigate to the Mail Review Center to review the document.

  • Select the dropdown arrow aligned with the document and click Review.

  • Select Save.

  • The document will now appear in the Documents Tab and an auto note will be created.

Review Messages

  • When a client sends a message through their portal a message will get sent to the Assigned Worker's inbox where the users can reply.

  • An auto note of the message will be created in the case.

NOTE: Reploes to the client's messages can only be directed internally.
