How to view any mail that is uploaded to your inbox and distribute to the appropriate caseworker.
Click on the inbox/scanner icon in the right corner of the green bar at the top of every page.
Locate the document you want to review.
Click the arrow at the end of the document row.
Select Review from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will appear.
Choose a document category, tab access, and add a description to the file. This will all show up on the Documents Tab of the case and dictate where the new mail is filed.
When you are ready to save the document to the case, click Save or Save to Linked if it belongs under all of the linked clients on a case. The document will now be visible on the case.
If the document does not belong to the suggested case, click Reject. This will open a new pop-up and subsequently send the mail/document back to the Mail Center for further review.
