Apply Tasks to Cases

Generate automated tasks on current cases.

The Apply Task feature will automatically generate CASEplan tasks for all current cases in the applicable case status. This feature can only be used by a firm administrator or a user with the CASEplan Management advanced permission.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account and select CASEplan.

  • Locate the task you want to apply.

  • Click the arrow at the end of that task’s row.

  • Select Apply Task from the drop-down menu.

  • A pop-up window will appear verifying you'd like to retroactively apply this task.

  • Click Confirm.

  • This task will be applied to all existing cases in the applicable case status.
