Once automated tasks are created and the firm is ready to apply them to cases the tasks can be activated all at once, by case type or status or individually.
Activate All CASEplan Tasks
Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select CASEplan.
Click Activate All.
The grey dots to the left of the tasks are now green.
These tasks will be applied the next time a case is moved to the applicable case status.
Activate CASEplan Tasks by Status or Case Type
Navigate to the icon in the top right corner of your account and select CASEplan.
Sort by Case Status and or case type and click "Update."
Click Activate All.
The gray dots to the left of the tasks you selected are now green.
These tasks will be applied the next time a case is moved to the applicable case status.
Activate CASEplan Tasks Individually
Navigate to the icon in the top right corner of your account and select CASEplan.
Click the grey dropdown arrow to the right of the task you'd like to activate.
Select, Activate.
The gray dot to the left of the task is now green.
This task will be applied the next time a case is moved to the applicable case status.
