Edit a CASEplan Task

How to change details of a CASEplan task such as the trigger date, description, assignee, case type, priority, or case status.

  • NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or a user with the CASEplan advanced permission.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account and select CASEplan.

  • Find the task you want to edit by using the filters, search box, or scrolling.

  • Click on the arrow at the end of the task row.

  • Select Edit from the drop-down menu.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Make the desired changes.

  • Click Save on the bottom right of the pop-up window.

  • The changes will be reflected on the page.

  • NOTE: The changes will automatically apply to cases moving forward, however, CASEplan tasks that have already been generated will not be modified.
