How to change details of a CASEplan task such as the trigger date, description, assignee, case type, priority, or case status.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or a user with the CASEplan advanced permission.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select CASEplan.
Find the task you want to edit by using the filters, search box, or scrolling.
Click on the arrow at the end of the task row.
Select Edit from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will appear.
Make the desired changes.
Click Save on the bottom right of the pop-up window.
The changes will be reflected on the page.
NOTE: The changes will automatically apply to cases moving forward, however, CASEplan tasks that have already been generated will not be modified.
