How to reassign multiple tasks to another worker.
Navigate to Task Management.
Search or filter for desired tasks.
Using the checkboxes on the left, select the tasks to be re-assigned.
Click the three vertical dots below the task search bar.
Select Reassign.
Search for the caseworker you'd like to reassign tasks to.
Click Reassign.
The tasks will now be reassigned.
