Mass Sync QBO Pending Costs

How to mass sync costs that have been sent over to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Syncing will bring over the check numbers of paid costs to CASEpeer.

  • Navigate to the Management Tab on the left-hand side of your account under the main menu house icon.

  • Select Costs from the dropdown options.

Sync all Pending Costs:

  • Navigate to the Pending Section of the Cost Management Screen

  • Select the Send to QBO option on the far right-hand side.

  • A pop-up window will appear. Click Confirm to sync all pending costs.

  • Costs that have been paid will now move over to the Paid section with their check numbers.

Sync several Pending Costs:

  • Use the checkboxes on the lefthand side column to select which costs you would like to sync.

  • Once you've selected your costs, click the checkbox icon underneath the search bar at the top of the page and select Sync to QBO.

  • A pop-up window will appear. Click Confirm to sync the selected pending costs.

  • Costs that have been paid will now move over to the Paid section with their check numbers.
