Void Costs Sent to Soluno
Updated over a week ago

If a cost or check needs to be voided, it must be done in Soluno first and then the void will sync back to CASEpeer. This can only be successfully done if the Cost is still in the Pending section of the Cost Management screen.

  • Confirm the cost is still in the Pending section of the Cost Management screen.

  • Navigate to the Soluno Casefile and locate the Client Ledger.

  • Click the Void button on the bottom left and a pop up will appear. Verify the date voided and click OK to void the check in Soluno.

  • Navigate back to CASEpeer's Cost Management screen, Pending section. Locate the voided cost, and select Sync Soluno Check Status from the dropdown options.

  • NOTE: You do not have to manually sync check statuses. CASEpeer syncs checks statuses nightly. However, if you want to see the void reflected immediately, you can manually sync it (as instructed above).

  • The check will show in the Paid section of the Cost Management screen as voided. It will also show on the Cost Tab of the case as voided.

  • NOTE: If you delete the check in Soluno, it must be deleted in CASEpeer separately and vice-versa.

  • NOTE: If the check status has been synced from Pending before the check was voided in Soluno, you will need to manually void the check in CASEpeer.
