Approve a Case Grade Request

Feature available on CASEpeer Advanced

Here's how to approve a case grade.

NOTE: Only firm administrators or users with the User Can Edit and Approve Case Grade Requests permission can approve a case grade for a case.

  • Navigate to the Case Grade Requests Management screen.

  • Select the drop-down arrow in line with the case.

  • Select Approve or Deny.

  • If multiple cases need to be approved or denied, select the checkboxes on the left-hand side of each case.

  • Click the checkmark icon directly above and select Approve or Deny.

  • Cases with approved case grades will appear under the Approved Tab and those with denied case grades will appear under the Denied Tab.

  • An auto note will be created within the case indicating whether the grade was approved or denied.

  • The user who requested the case grade will receive a notification of the approval status.

Approved case grades will appear on the Case Review Report.
