Activate Fee Change Requests

How to activate Fee Change Request functionality. This feature requires an approval process if a fee deviates from the firm's default fee logic, which can be set under Account Settings.

  • NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the administration settings page access advanced permission.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

  • Click Settings.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Toggle on the Fee Change Request switch and click Save.

  • Fee change approval will now be required any time fee logic is edited from the firm's default logic on the Settlement Tab of a case.

  • Only those with the Fee Change Request Management Screen will have the ability to approve requests.
