What is the Difference Between the Subbed Out vs. Subbed Out Closed Case Statuses?
Updated over 6 months ago

In the unlikely instance, a client subs out your firm, there are two applicable case statuses if the firm is asserting a lien. Subbed Out Lien and Subbed Out Lien Closed.

Subbed Out Lien Closed will remove the case from the Open Cases Report, while Subbed Out Lien will keep the case on the report.

In both instances, once the status is changed a Subbed Out pop-up appears in which you can track the new firm's details and lien details.

The Subbed Out Report can provide firmwide insight into subbed out cases.
