How to assert a lien on a case that has been subbed out.

NOTE: This tab will only be available in the case if it has been changed to one of the Subbed Out statuses.

Navigate to the Sub Out Lien Tab of a case.

- NOTE: This tab will only be available in the case if it has been changed to one of the Subbed Out statuses.
- Navigate to the Sub Out Lien Tab of a case.

Fill out the required information and select the checkbox marked Asserting a Lien.

Mark Yes in the Lien Asserted field.

- A pop-up window will appear.
- Fill out the required information and select the checkbox marked Asserting a Lien.
- Mark Yes in the Lien Asserted field.
- Click Save.
