What is the Difference Between the Various Referred Case Statuses?
Updated over 6 months ago

The following referred case statuses are available:

  • Referred Open

  • Referred Accepted Open

  • Referred Closed

  • Referred Accepted Closed

In April 2023, CASEpeer introduced Referred Open and Referred Accepted Open statuses. Cases originally labeled as Referred transitioned to Referred Closed, and Referred Accepted cases also moved to Referred Closed.

Selecting Referred Closed or Referred Accepted Closed denotes a closed case, exclusively appearing in the Closed Cases report. To track referred cases in the Open Cases and Statute reports, switch to Referred Open or Referred Accepted Open to maintain them as open cases in CASEpeer.
