How to send a note to the Client Portal.

  • NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or a user with the Can Send Messages to Client Portal advanced permission.

  • Navigate to the Notes Tab.

  • Click the New Note button at the top of the page.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Type the message the firm would like to send to the client portal.

  • Under the Note Categories section, select Client Portal.

  • Click Save.

  • The client will receive an email with the update.
