How to send a note to the Client Portal.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or a user with the Can Send Messages to Client Portal advanced permission.
Navigate to the Notes Tab.
Click the New Note button at the top of the page.
A pop-up window will appear.
Type the message the firm would like to send to the client portal.
Under the Note Categories section, select Client Portal.
Click Save.
The client will receive an email with the update.
