How to send a note to the Client Portal.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or a user with the Can Send Messages to Client Portal advanced permission. 
- Navigate to the Notes Tab. 
- Click the New Note button at the top of the page. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- Type the message the firm would like to send to the client portal. 
- Under the Note Categories section, select Client Portal. 
- Click Save. 
- The client will receive an email with the update.
