How to activate or reactivate a client's access to their Client Portal. This may be necessary if the client did not access the original link within 24 hours.

  • NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or a user with the 'User Can Create Client Portal' advanced permission.

  • Navigate to the Home Tab of the case.

  • Click on the dropdown arrow.

  • Click on Client Portal.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Select the client's email address.

  • Click Save.

  • The Client Portal will be activated/reactivated and is available for 24 hours.
