How to activate or reactivate a client's access to their Client Portal. This may be necessary if the client did not access the original link within 24 hours.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or a user with the 'User Can Create Client Portal' advanced permission.
Navigate to the Home Tab of the case.
Click on the dropdown arrow.
Click on Client Portal.
A pop-up window will appear.
Select the client's email address.
Click Save.
The Client Portal will be activated/reactivated and is available for 24 hours.
