How to activate or reactivate a client's access to their Client Portal. This may be necessary if the client did not access the original link within 24 hours.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or a user with the 'User Can Create Client Portal' advanced permission. 
- Navigate to the Home Tab of the case. 
- Click on the dropdown arrow. 
- Click on Client Portal. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- Select the client's email address. 
- Click Save. 
- The Client Portal will be activated/reactivated and is available for 24 hours.
