How to revoke access to the Client Portal on a case.
- NOTE: Only firm administrators or a user with the User Can Create Client Portal advanced permission can complete this action. 
- Navigate to any tab of a case. 
- Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the case status. 
- Click on Client Portal. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- Click Deactivate. 
- Another pop-up window will appear to confirm deactivation. 
- Click Deactivate. 
- The client will no longer have access to their portal.
