How to revoke access to the Client Portal on a case.
NOTE: Only firm administrators or a user with the User Can Create Client Portal advanced permission can complete this action.
Navigate to any tab of a case.
Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the case status.
Click on Client Portal.
A pop-up window will appear.
Click Deactivate.
Another pop-up window will appear to confirm deactivation.
Click Deactivate.
The client will no longer have access to their portal.
