How to revoke access to the Client Portal on a case.

  • NOTE: Only firm administrators or a user with the User Can Create Client Portal advanced permission can complete this action.

  • Navigate to any tab of a case.

  • Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the case status.

  • Click on Client Portal.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Click Deactivate.

  • Another pop-up window will appear to confirm deactivation.

  • Click Deactivate.

  • The client will no longer have access to their portal.
