How to reset a client's password for the Client Portal.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or a user with the Can Send Messages to Client Portal advanced permission.
Navigate to the case and click the dark green dropdown arrow at the top right corner of the case.
Select Client Portal.
A pop-up window will appear.
Click Resend Email.
The Client Portal link will be sent to the client's email. The client will be able to access the link and create a new password.
