How to reset a client's password for the Client Portal.
- NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or a user with the Can Send Messages to Client Portal advanced permission. 
- Navigate to the case and click the dark green dropdown arrow at the top right corner of the case. 
- Select Client Portal. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- Click Resend Email. 
- The Client Portal link will be sent to the client's email. The client will be able to access the link and create a new password.
