How to remove a document that has been shared through the Client Portal.

  • Navigate to the Documents Tab of a case.

  • Click on the drop-down arrow in line with the document the firm would like to remove from the Client Portal.

  • Click Edit.

  • Click the x next to the Client Portal option in the document category box. Click Save.

  • The document will now no longer show up in the Client Portal, however, it will still be saved to the case.
