Add a Case Note

How to add a note from the Notes Tab of a case.

  • Navigate to the Notes Tab.

  • Click New Note.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Type desired note into the box.

  • To direct a note to someone, choose their name from the Direct To dropdown menu, multiple names may be selected.

  • Click on Note Categories to add a note category(s).

  • Click Save.

  • The new note will appear on the Notes Tab of the case.

  • If a note is directed to a staff member, they will also receive the note as a message.

  • NOTE: Users may also add a new case note by selecting Add Note from the green drop-down arrow on the right side of the case or by selecting the "n" key on their keyword.
