How to add a note from the Notes Tab of a case.
- Navigate to the Notes Tab. 
- Click New Note. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- Type desired note into the box. 
- To direct a note to someone, choose their name from the Direct To dropdown menu, multiple names may be selected. 
- Click on Note Categories to add a note category(s). 
- Click Save. 
- The new note will appear on the Notes Tab of the case. 
- If a note is directed to a staff member, they will also receive the note as a message. 
- NOTE: Users may also add a new case note by selecting Add Note from the green drop-down arrow on the right side of the case or by selecting the "n" key on their keyword.
