How to view all of the cases a provider is listed on, total money paid, the average payment per case, and average reduction.
Navigate to the Medical Treatment Tab.
Locate the health provider and select the arrow at the end of the provider’s row.
Select Provider History.
The provider’s history will appear as a pop-up window.
