Add a New Provider to Case

How to add a new provider to the Medical Treatment Tab.

  • Navigate to the Medical Treatment Tab.

  • Select New Provider at the top left of the page.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Search for the provider by filling out name, specialty, and/or city or any combination of the three. This is to avoid adding duplicate providers.

  • Click Search.

  • A list of the matching providers will appear in the pop-up window.

  • If the provider needed is not on the list below, a new one can be added by clicking Add Provider.

  • Fill in the new provider’s information.

  • Select Save.

  • This will open a pop-up window where you can add your client’s treatment information.

  • Select Save.

  • The new provider will appear on the page.
