How to upload recordings and videos to a case.

Navigate to the Recordings Tab in the open case.

- Navigate to the Recordings Tab in the open case.
- Click the Upload.

Drag the selected recordings or videos into the pop-up window or click Drop files here to upload to browse for a file.

Add in a description, recording type, and file name.

- A pop-up window will appear on the page.
- Drag the selected recordings or videos into the pop-up window or click Drop files here to upload to browse for a file.
- Add in a description, recording type, and file name.
- Click Save.

The recordings(s) and or video(s) will appear on the page.

NOTE: The maximum file size for a single upload to CasePeer is 1.5GB. There is no limit on the number of documents that can be uploaded and videos must be downloaded to be played.
