How to edit a recording or video type, description, or file name.
Navigate to the Recording Tab in the open case.
Locate the recording you would like to edit.
Click the dropdown arrow in line with the upload and select Edit.
A pop-up window will appear on the page.
Update the recording or video details you want to change.
Click Save.
The changes will be reflected on the Recordings Tab.
