When a case is entered into CASEpeer, it will start in the Intake status. Once the case has been retained, make sure to update the case status. Any status aside from the Intake statuses will automatically trigger the case as retained.

As you update case statuses in CASEpeer, track the cases your firm has retained from the Retained Cases Report.
