Using reports as an intake worker will help help streamline the intake process and managing leads. The following reports will be helpful as you get started as an intake worker on CASEpeer.

Intake Report

  • View total calls, total cases retained, and conversion rates from the Intake Report. Filter by dates, intake status, and source type. You can also check to see which cases are have investigators assigned. Learn more about the Intake Report.

Referred Cases Report

  • View all of the referred and accepted cases from the Referred Cases Report. Filter by dates and which law firms the cases were referred to. Learn more about the Referred Cases Report.

Rejected Cases Report

  • Get an overview of which cases were rejected and why. Sort by date, case type, intake worker, and reason for rejection. Learn more about the Rejected Cases Report.

Retained Cases Report

  • View the cases your firm has retained and track the types of cases that are retained each month or for the past year. The Retained Cases Report also allows you to see which marketing campaigns or referral sources are most successful. Learn more about the Retained Cases Report.
