This option is most often used to keep case workers in the loop about critical case information, or for task management purposes amongst management and assistants.
Write your note into the Add Note popup.
Click into the Direct To box to see a list of the available users to direct the note to.
Scroll or search for the name of the user(s) to whom you want to direct the note.
Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window.
The new note will appear under the Case Notes section.
The user(s) you directed the note to will be notified in their CASEpeer inboxes.
NOTE: To send someone a message unrelated to a case, use the Send Message button in your Messages Inbox.
