Direct a Case Note to Someone

This option is most often used to keep case workers in the loop about critical case information, or for task management purposes amongst management and assistants.

  • Write your note into the Add Note popup.

  • Click into the Direct To box to see a list of the available users to direct the note to.

  • Scroll or search for the name of the user(s) to whom you want to direct the note.

  • Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window.

  • The new note will appear under the Case Notes section.

  • The user(s) you directed the note to will be notified in their CASEpeer inboxes.

  • NOTE: To send someone a message unrelated to a case, use the Send Message button in your Messages Inbox.
