This option is most often used to keep case workers in the loop about critical case information, or for task management purposes amongst management and assistants.
- Write your note into the Add Note popup. 
- Click into the Direct To box to see a list of the available users to direct the note to. 
- Scroll or search for the name of the user(s) to whom you want to direct the note. 
- Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window. 
- The new note will appear under the Case Notes section. 
- The user(s) you directed the note to will be notified in their CASEpeer inboxes. 
- NOTE: To send someone a message unrelated to a case, use the Send Message button in your Messages Inbox.
