Who Receives Messages from Clients through the Client Portal?

When a client sends a message through their Client Portal, the primary contact on the case will get a notification to their CASEpeer inbox, the envelope icon in the top right corner of their account.

Note: You cannot reply to the client through the internal inbox. You can only send them a message through a case note. Here is how to send a message through the client portal.
