Update Critical Case Note

The Critical Case Note will appear in red text under the Case Index. This field is most often used to relay important case information, such as when a client requires surgery, is a minor or an eggshell client, etc.

  • Navigate to any tab in the open case.

  • Click on the dark green dropdown arrow next to the Case Status Bar on the top right of the page.

  • Select Edit Case Index from the dropdown menu. A shortcut to open the Edit Case Index window is to click the letter 'i' on your keyboard.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Type in the new note into the Critical Case Note field. The Critical Case Note can be up to 500 characters long.

  • Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up.

  • The new Critical Case Note will appear in red text below the Case Index at the top of any page in the case.
