Connect or Push a Case to Your Case Status Account

How to connect or push over a case to your Case Status account:

  • First, confirm that your client's phone number is marked as cell in the Client Tab

  • Navigate to the case you'd like to send over to Case Status.

  • Click on the dark green dropdown in the top right corner of the case and select Connect to Case Status.

  • A pop-up window will appear. Select Confirm to send over the case and information to Case Status.

  • The case will now be in your Case Status account.
