How to connect or push over a case to your Case Status account:
First, confirm that your client's phone number is marked as cell in the Client Tab
Navigate to the case you'd like to send over to Case Status.
Click on the dark green dropdown in the top right corner of the case and select Connect to Case Status.
A pop-up window will appear. Select Confirm to send over the case and information to Case Status.
The case will now be in your Case Status account.
