Remove Password Protect on a Case

How to remove the password from a case that's been password protected.

  • Navigate to the desired case and click the dark green dropdown to the right of the case status.

  • Select Remove Case Password.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Click Submit.

  • The case will no longer be password-protected.

NOTE: This can only be done by firm administrators and those with the User Can Manage Case Password Protection permission.
