Reset the case password on a password-protected case.
NOTE: This can only be done by firm administrators and those with the User Can Manage Case Password Protection permission.
- Navigate to the case you need to reset the password for. 
- Click the dark green dropdown in the top right corner of the case and select Reset Case Password. 
- A pop-up window will appear. Input the new password and click Save. 
- The password to access the case is now updated.
