My Cases Report

The My Cases Report is an easy way to view all of the cases you’re listed as a worker on, aside from the supervising attorney role. We exclude the supervising attorney role from the My Cases Report to help attorneys focus on the cases they are currently working on, rather than just overseeing.

This report is a helpful tool for assuring all of your cases are given adequate attention. The My Cases Report allows you to view the percentage of cases that have been worked on and updated in the last 7 days (by showing the "last touched" date), the average case age for all of the cases you're assigned on, and the last date of "client communication" per case.

  • Filter by a specific time frame by selecting a date range. The report will default to the current month.

  • Filter by case status, type, category, age and primary contact with the dropdowns at the top of the page.

  • Click Update.

  • Search for a case with the Search Bar.

  • Sort by a specific column by clicking on the Column Header.

  • To track client communication, try sorting by the Last Touched column or the Client Communication column.

  • Export this report to Excel or CSV by clicking the Export button on the right-hand side.

  • This is a permission-based report, if you do not have access please contact your firm administrator.
