Merge a Source Type or Detail

How to merge a source type or detail. Combining duplicates or incorrect source types and details will help to ensure accurate reporting.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of the account and select Lead Sources.

  • Scroll to the Source Details header and click the Merge button.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Select source type or source detail under Items to Merge.

  • Click next.

  • Select the two source details or types the firm would like to merge.

  • Click Merge.

  • Any case with the merged Source Type or Detail will be preserved.
