Add a Lead Source Detail

How to add a Lead Source Detail. Tracking the details of where firm cases come from, whether it's a marketing campaign or a referral, is also available on the Closed, Retained, Fees In and Settlement Reports.

  • NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the Manage Firm Lead Sources permission.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Lead Sources.

  • Click the arrow at the end of the Source Detail row.

  • Select Add.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Enter the new lead details.

  • Click Save.

  • The new source detail will available on the intake sheet on report filters.
