How to add a Lead Source Detail. Tracking the details of where firm cases come from, whether it's a marketing campaign or a referral, is also available on the Closed, Retained, Fees In and Settlement Reports.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the Manage Firm Lead Sources permission.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Lead Sources.
Click the arrow at the end of the Source Detail row.
Select Add.
A pop-up window will appear.
Enter the new lead details.
Click Save.
The new source detail will available on the intake sheet on report filters.
