CASEpeer understands the importance of lead source tracking, as leads are the driving force of your firm. CASEpeer has numerous features to help you track your leads and their sources. Below are some functions to help you stay on top of your leads and plan for future marketing. However, please note that these features are permission-based, and you should contact your firm administrator to gain access.

Source Performance Report

  • Plan future marketing and see an overview of your referrals. Track your conversion rates, settlement amounts, and total fees on cases based on your source types and details. The report breaks down the number of leads, retained cases, and fees earned from each source. Learn about the Source Performance Report.

Management Leads

  • Get an overview of your leads from the Management Leads screen. View both opened leads that are ready for review and processed leads that have been reviewed by your team while filtering source type. View the client and case details along with the source type, source number, and date. Learn more about Management Leads.
