Navigate to the case you want to add an investigator to.
Press the "a" button on your keyboard to edit assignments, or click on the Workers heading on the Home Tab.
A pop-up window will appear.
Select the investigator you want to add to the case from the Investigator drop-down menu.
Click Save.
The investigator will be added to the case.
