How to stop CASEplan Tasks from triggering in a case when the Case Status is changed. If you accidentally change a Case Status or do not need the CASEplan tasks for a specific case, update the Case Status on the Case Index or Worker Assignment windows of the case.

On the Case Index

  • Click on Edit Case Index in the drop-down arrow in the top right of your account, or use the "i" keyboard shortcut to open the case index.

  • After choosing the new Case Status, you'll see an option to choose Yes or No regarding triggering CASEplan.

On the Worker Assignments

  • Edit the Worker Assignments by selecting the Workers heading on the Home Tab, or by selecting "a" on your keyboard.
