How to stop CASEplan Tasks from triggering in a case when the Case Status is changed. If you accidentally change a Case Status or do not need the CASEplan tasks for a specific case, update the Case Status on the Case Index or Worker Assignment windows of the case.
On the Case Index
Click on Edit Case Index in the drop-down arrow in the top right of your account, or use the "i" keyboard shortcut to open the case index.
After choosing the new Case Status, you'll see an option to choose Yes or No regarding triggering CASEplan.
On the Worker Assignments
Edit the Worker Assignments by selecting the Workers heading on the Home Tab, or by selecting "a" on your keyboard.
