Activate Two-Factor Authentication

How to activate two-factor authentication, once enabled all users will be required to use 2FA.

  • NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

  • Click the bolded SETTINGS option.

  • A pop-up window will appear. Scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up.

  • Toggle the button Two Factor Enabled to On.

  • Click Save.

  • Two-factor authentication is now enabled for the firm.
