Activate Two-Way Calendar Sync

Enabling two-way calendar sync will allow events to sync from a user's external calendar into CASEpeer's calendar. This can only be done by a firm administrator.

NOTE: It is important to be aware that, once enabled, events from a user's external calendar must be copied to the CASEpeer Calendar, and CASEpeer cannot distinguish event types when they are synced from an external calendar into CASEpeer.

To Activate Two-Way Calendar Sync:

  • Navigate to the Gear Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

  • Click on the Settings header.

  • Toggle on Two-Way Calendar Sync.

For users linking their calendar for the first time:

  • Select Profile Settings

  • Select Link Calendar

  • Select the appropriate email provider to connect.

For users that have already linked their calendars:

  • Select Profile Settings.

  • Select Manage Calendar

  • Select Unlink Calendar.

  • Confirm that you'd like to unlink.

  • Re-link your calendar.
