Easily hide any case statuses your firm doesn't use.
NOTE: This can only be done by a Firm Administrator.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
Select Settings.
The Manage Default Settings pop-up window will open.
Click into the Hidden Case Statuses box and select any case statuses you would like to hide.
Select Save.
Your firm will no longer see the selected case statuses in the Case Status drop-down menu.
NOTE: If a case is in a status that is hidden, the case will remain in the status and the status will be available as a report filter option.
